All products on ExamPDFs.in are digital PDF files delivered by download after your Razorpay payment is confirmed. Please read this policy before buying.
When you get a refund or replacement
- If your PDF does not download, the file is damaged, or it is not the course code, session or medium you paid for, email cscsrth@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days of purchase.
- We will send the correct file, or give a full refund to your original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds are processed within 5â7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- Duplicate payments for the same order are always refunded in full.
When a refund is not possible
- Because digital files cannot be “returned”, we do not refund a correct, working file once it has been downloaded, unless the law requires it.
- We do not refund because of a change of mind, buying the wrong course code by mistake after downloading, or the marks you receive in your assignment. Our PDFs are reference material; your assignment and marks depend on your own work.
